HAMEED AJANI

With a track record of excellence spanning over 50 years in the public and private sector financial services industry, Mr. Ajani possesses a veritable wealth of experience.

Mr. Ajani began his career at the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1964, rising to the post of Assistant Director in 1986. He Joined Nigeria-Arab Bank as Chief Economist and Head of Corporate Development. He served as Commissioner for Finance and Economic Planning from 1992-1993 in Osun State. He returned to the financial services industry as Executive Director in Fountain Trust Merchant Bank.

Mr Ajani Holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts and is a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Nigerian Economics Society, Nigerian Institute of Management and the Institute of Directors.

ADELANA HAASTRUP

Mr. Haastrup is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Co-Link. He holds a Master of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Essex and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Having worked as Special Assistant to the Director-General of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, he joined the Banking Industry in 1985 as Special Assistant to the Managing Director of Nigeria-Arab Bank and later moved to Societe Generale Bank where he rose to the position of General Manager, Corporate Banking & Investments leaving the Bank as General Manager, Commercial Banking in 2002.

He Joined Co-Link in 2002 as Managing Director and has built an enviable track record. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.

IGNATIUS ADEGUNLE

Mr Adegunle has over 34 years experience in the professional services industry. Having started his career at the globally reputable accounting firm of KPMG; he rose to the position of Partner before joining Akintola Williams Deloitte as Tax Partner in 2002. Currently, Ignatius Adegunle is the Senior Partner/Chief Executive Officer of ACTS Professional Services.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria.

ARIYO OLUSHEKUN

Mr Olushekun is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He is an authorised dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and is duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and has over 25 years of cognate experience in Capital Market operations.

Ariyo Olushekun has served as the President of the Institute of Stockbrokers, the Director of Administration as well as the chairman of the Technical Committee of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria. He is the CEO of Capital Assests Limited, a stock broking firm.

OBAFEMI OYE

Mr Oye holds a Masters Degree in Management Science from the University of Southampton, specializing in Operational Research. He started his career in the Federal Agricultural Coordinating Unit, an agency of the Federal Government rising to the position of Procurement Liason Officer in 1991. He Left in 1994 to serve as a World Bank Procurement Consultant. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Highfield Stronghold Ltd., a leading firm of Independent Procurement Consultants and Strategist.

Obafemi Oye has served as Procurement Consultant, representing the World Bank with government Ministries, Departments and Agencies.

ADEOYE MAPADERUN

Mr. Mapaderun possesses over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his Career at Societe Generale Bank in 1983 and left in 1990 as Branch Manager to join Trans International Bank as Senior Manager. He became Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Accord Savings & Loans Ltd. in 1993 and left in 2014 to set up his consulting firm.

Adeoye Mapaderun holds a Masters of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan, and holds diplomas in Housing Finance and Mortgage Securitization from the Prestigious University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School.
He serves as an Independent Director.

IBIRONKE HAASTRUP

Mrs Haastrup is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Co-Link Investment Management Company Ltd. She holds a degree in English from Ogun State University and possesses over 20 years of experience in finance and investment.

Prior to joining Co-Link, she started her career at DHL, as a Marketing Services Executive and left in 1991 as the Marketing Services Co-ordinator. She also worked as an Independent Recruitment Consultant for the firm of Ove Arup Consulting Engineers between 1994 and 1995.

Ibironke Haastrup Joined Co-Link as the Pioneer Senior Manager and served as General Manager before assuming her current role as Chief Operating officer in 2002. Her primary responsibility is overseeing Co-Link’s Retail Lending activities. She has attended several local and international courses on Lending, Marketing, Management and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
